Every engagement starts with designing your personal & professional dashboard, giving us a baseline for your current performance and identifying areas of potential in your life.
From there, we’ll meet every 2 weeks for 60 minutes. I’m also available to my clients via text, email or phone in between sessions. Minimum commitment is 6 months of working together. Apply to learn more.

About Kurt
Kurt Kersey is a speaker, coach, and entrepreneur committed to helping leaders turn high potential into high performance. His earliest leadership and entrepreneurial experiences came through an international orphan-care nonprofit in Monterrey, Mexico, where he spent every summer throughout high school and college. Working alongside those children and families shaped his belief that every person has a story, and every life carries deep meaning and hope.
Kurt joined Northwestern Mutual as a financial advisor right out of college, receiving world-class sales training and learning firsthand that real relationships are built through transformational service, not transactions. He leveraged digital tools — especially LinkedIn — to grow a book of business of more than 200+ financial planning clients, eventually consulting other firms on how to scale their own growth.
That work led him to launch a marketing consultancy which he grew from a coffee-shop-with-a-laptop to multiple seven-figures in revenue. When the agency hit headwinds in 2024, Kurt realized he had drifted from several of the high-performance principles he now teaches. Exiting the agency became a catalyst — a turning point that renewed his clarity, calling, and commitment.
Today, he dedicates his full energy to helping entrepreneurs, sales professionals, and organizational leaders unlock purpose, elevate performance, and pursue impact that lasts.
More than anything, Kurt is a Christ-follower, a husband to his wife Kaci, and a father to Jake and Mackenzie. Showing up at his best for his family and the clients he’s privileged to serve is what drives him every day.
